Wedding Bells

As you might have heard by now, this Saturday I will be getting married! Matt and I are very excited and busy as ever. I am especially excited that we are able to incorporate many of the veggies, herbs, and flowers we grow here on the farm into our special day.

Since we are setting up everything on Friday CSA pick up has been moved to Thursday from 2-4 instead. Since we will be out of town for a few days there will not be a CSA pick up next week. Thank you for your flexibility!

This week one of the greens you will be getting in your shares is “Stir Fry Mix”, this is a blend of tatsoi, pac choi, baby kale and more! As the name suggests it makes a fantastic stir fry, but it can also be added to smoothies, used as a pizza topping, or chopped up into soup!

One of the herbs this week is a favorite blend of mine, Ice Tea Herbs. Ice tea herbs are a combo of lemon balm, mint, and pineapple sage. Add them to any batch of ice or sun tea, or make them into a simple syrup to enjoy any time!
