Thank You So Much!

This is the final week of the 2022 CSA season. It has been a crazy year, full of ups and downs. But I am so grateful that I get to share it with all of you. This past year was jam packed with markets, problem solving and experiments. I can’t wait to use everything we’ve learned this year to make next year even better!

Our heads are already swimming with ideas for next season, between expanding flower production, adding new exciting varieties of garlic or designing more drought resistant watering methods. I am so excited to continue sharing our story with this amazing community.

This week the herbs are bouquet garni! Bouquet garni are bunches of different types herbs that can be used at the same time. The flavors this week are a tea mix and a soup mix. The tea mix has pineapple sage, mint, and lemon balm. The soup mix has rosemary, sage, parsley, thyme, and oregano.
